COSU mode is designed for single use. From the CO abbreviation, we understand that it is company-owned, but only specific functions are unlocked.
The presented range of models was designed in order to distribute control functions differently. The user is enabled to select the model that fits certain purposes. It also enabled the team to carry on working on the personal use devices, remaining the company in control.
Working Out Security Issues
UEM is definitely contributing to convenience and functionality by simplifying Android management. No doubt that the feature is useful and vital. However, the security aspect has not been improved at all.
The risk of having the data of corporation exposed is preserved with every model proposed. Some apps seem to present an environmental hazard. Although writing a distinct line in work and life spheres on the device is important, it is only beneficial privacy-wise. The security aspect remains vulnerable.
Android Enterprise has now faced an issue with weak security guarantees. The apps downloaded from the store carry an immense and unpredictable threat to the information on the corporate-owned device. There is still a risk of screen loggers and other malicious software.

After establishing quality management systems, Android Enterprise is going to look into enhancing the security gate on the devices. Also, seamless updates will be considered.

Android Enterprise has invested a good effort into effective device management solutions. Like many other devices, the security issue was not taken into consideration due to multiple reasons.
